Either it never rains or it never stops in Austin.. Now that we are in perma Seattle mode it got me thinking about all the cute accessories that go with the rain. We've got the Fancy Umbrellas covered at the store and I think I am developing a crush on the high heel galosh covers. From SWIMS these the handy guys slip over you shoes and are supposed to protect and add traction. Whether you dig them or not you have to admit they are pretty smart.
